Download and install VMLogin
First start VMLogin and create a new browser profile
Setting up the proxy server with your browser profile
Go to the Proxy section and select HTTP Proxy under Connection Type.
Enter the proxy details, e.g. under proxy: (ip:port) and the subuser username/password in the corresponding fields. pr.ipv4web.com:8090
